Q : What is your turnaround time?
A : For quantities between 12 and 250 : 1-3 business days, for quantities over 250 : 2-5 business days
Q : What is the minimum order?
A : 12 units of the same color and artwork
Q : Is there a setup fee?
A : No
Q : Can I have a mockup?
A : Yes, we provide mockups upon request
Q : Can you create a logo for me?
A : We do not offer logo design services. In order to place an order you have to provide your vector artwork.
Q : What type of files do you accept?
A : Vector based files only. This incluses .ai, .pdf, .eps and .cdr. PLEASE CONVERT ALL TEXT TO CURVES.
Q : Where can I use the patches?
A : On any fabric that will withstand 330F for 30 seconds
Q : Do you provide installation instructions?
A : Yes, but the settings used will vary from press to press, we provide a basic guideline.Â
Q : What heat press settings do you recommend?
A : On a Hotronix 360IQ we recommend Top platen : 330F, Lower platen : 320F, Pressure : 5-7, Time : 20 seconds, use the silicone application pad (available in our accessories section)
On other presses on the market, we recommend 300-320F, Pressure : medium, Time : 20-30 seconds
Q : How will you ship my order?
A : We always ship with a tracking number and we will choose the best option based on transit time and cost.
Q : Do you ship to my location?
A : We ship worldwide, shipping quotes are available during the checkout process.
Q : What are the patches made of?
A : Engraved patches are made of faux leather or leather providing you a wide color palette and 2 different finishes. The embroidery patches are made out of twill and embroidery threads.
