 All claims must be made by email to : sales@patch4hats.com within (7) calendar days of your order being delivered.
Remember, we are a human level company and you will not be treated as a number, our customers are the most important and these are general guidelines.
 
Returns
 
Since all of our products are custom made specifically for your order, we do not accept merchandise returns. 
 
Refunds
 
We will provide partial or full refund in some special circumstances. 
  • The processing of your order has not begun and no supplies have been ordered (full refund)
  • We have ordered some supplies, but the production is not started (partial refund, order price - incured fees)
  • There are some defective products in your order (we will discuss the best option to satisfy you and your customer and provide a partial refund or a reprint of the defective items)
